Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 19, 2020, at around 23:05, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle in the E Sp-type under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.151% from the 1km section from the front road in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to the front road of the D Apartment-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
