A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a person who had a relationship with C’s interest D with D, and C and D had false identification card of “E”, and as a result, D had served as a life insurance company in the name of “E”, conspired to receive insurance money after purchasing a death insurance policy of KRW 100 million in the name of “E”.

1. Upon the occurrence of a follow-up problem, such as designation of heir in the event of purchasing death insurance in the name of an individual in the name of “E”, the Defendant and C, and D conspired to subscribe to death insurance in the name of the corporation after establishing a corporation whose representative director is “E”.

On September 9, 2015, the Defendant and C, and D filed an application for the registration of a business operator with the head of the Si/Gun/Gu (State) 62 (F) in the Si/Gun/Gu office of Pakistan, and entered the application as “E” in the applicant column and “E” in the applicant column and the registration of a foreign national Korean national Korean national Korean national Korean national overseas with the above issued “E” in the manner of presenting to the public official in charge.

Accordingly, the defendant in collusion with C and D interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by the public official in charge of business registration by fraudulent means.

2. Illegal uttering of official documents;

B. Around September 22, 2015, the Defendant and C, and D subscribed to a death insurance in the name of F (State) established with the representative director of B, “E in the 2nd floor of the Cheongcheon-ro, Cheongcheon-ro, Seoul, the second floor of the Cheongcheon-ro, Jungcheon-gu, Seoul.”
