Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 25, 2014, at around 00:12, the Defendant driven a B Austria car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 100 meters from the “Arhhhhhz” parking lot located in the Songcheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, the Republic of Korea, to the neighboring roads of the “Corporate Bank” located in the Songcheon-si, the Republic of Korea.
