A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from July 1, 2017 to September 10, 2018, worked as a vice president of the victim C management DFD in Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, and was in charge of the management of the expenses of the said DFD and counseling of parents.

1. On July 2017, the Defendant: (a) received cash 1,228,500 won from the parents of E students attending the said fish farming institute from the Plaintiff’s parents attending the said fish farming institute from August 28, 2018; and (b) from that time, the prosecutor of the attached list of crimes from August 28, 2018, requested the Defendant to amend the amendment of the indictment to the effect that the date and time of custody No. 14 was “ around 02, 2018”; and (c) the date and time of custody No. 22 each year to “ around 03, 2018.” This court permitted the amendment of the indictment.

A total of 47 times, such as the foregoing, received a total of 45,461,960 won from the parents of students who have attended the said fish driving school in cash or remitted it to the F bank account (G) in the name of the Defendant for the victim, or embezzled the amount of money for the victim by arbitrarily consuming it from July 2017 to August 2018 in the course of his/her business.

2. The Defendant’s defamation, around July 25, 2018, did not have any fact that the victim C operated the above fish driving school and operated the said fish driving school as a foreign language instructor. According to the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court of this case, “M” in the facts charged is obvious that it was a clerical error in “H”, and even if it was corrected without any amendment procedure, it does not seem that it would interfere with the Defendant’s exercise of right to defense. Accordingly, the Defendant’s correction ex officio is made ex officio.

School sent to parents the word “the president is a person without the concept.” The term “the French private teaching institute is a private teaching institute that uses illegal aliens as its original language instructor,” thereby undermining the honor of the victim by openly pointing out false facts.
