1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 82,00,000 and the interest thereon from February 9, 2017 to the date of full payment.

1. From April 25, 2014 to August 16, 2015, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 80,900,000 to Defendant B by account transfer over six occasions.

On June 3, 2016, Defendant B prepared a loan certificate stating the loan amount of KRW 82,00,000 and the due date for payment as of August 30, 2016 and January 31, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

Defendant C affixed the above loan certificate to Defendant C as the surety.

Accordingly, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from February 9, 2017 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case sought by the Plaintiff, as the amount of KRW 82,00,000 and the due date for its payment.
