1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 12, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in Seoul Eastern District Court on September 12, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 24, 2013.

A person who takes over a registered motor vehicle shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership of the motor vehicle to the competent authority within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not make a registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle without any justifiable reason even though he/she received a transfer of the said motor vehicle at the Won-dong, Seocheon-si around September 25, 2012.
