Punishment of the crime

On September 23, 2016, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in the Incheon District Court's Busan District Court's Branch on September 23, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 1 of the same year.

At around 17:00 on September 21, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle, driven a 200-meter car from the Seogjin-si, Kimpo-si to the front road of the 2165 Tong-jin High School.
