Punishment of the crime

On January 25, 2011, the Defendant first opened contact between C and Internet Caf, and on February 9, 2011, reported marriage.

The defendant and C are currently pending in divorce litigation.

On March 2011, the Defendant drafted a false complaint against the above C using a computer in blank.

2. At around 21:00, at the above C’s house, the chest was pushed down from C to her hand and was raped.

However, the facts are that C has raped or forced a defendant to report the marriage by assault or intimidation as above.
