A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for 16 years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete 120 hours of sexual assault treatment programs.

Criminal facts

The facts of the cause of the attachment order [crime] Defendant and the person to whom the attachment order was requested (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”) are victims’ prone, and the victims were habitually assaulted to the victims, and they were drinking to the Defendant at ordinary times.

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Juveniles against Sexual Abuse and the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. On December 1, 2009, the Defendant raped the victim C (the birth of November 1, 2005) on the following: (a) at the Defendant house located in Gangwon-gun D at night, the Defendant: (b) discovered that the victim C was divingd in the married room at night; (c) caused the victim C’s desire to talk with the victim’s chest and fright; and (d) forced the victim’s chest and her clothes to have sexual intercourse; (d) even though the victim’s resistance against the victim, the Defendant forced the victim’s grandchildren to suppress the victim’s finger and put the Defendant’s sexual organ into the part of the victim’s sound.

From that time until December 2013, 2013, the Defendant raped the victim who is a juvenile over a total of 150 times, as described in the Attached Table 1 List.

B. In September 2014, the Defendant raped the victim E (the victim E) on September 1, 2014, when the Defendant’s wife was present at the Defendant’s house located in S.M. F in S., and the Defendant’s wife was present at the Defendant’s workplace and left the victim E-m., causing the victim’s desire to look at the victim’s chest, and forced the victim’s face to be cut down.

The defendant continued to refer to "I Ma" and the victim's bridge against the victim who fights against the victim to suppress resistances and put the defendant's sexual organ into the victim's negative part.

From November 2013 to September 2014, the Defendant raped the victim, who was a juvenile, over 12 times in total, as described in the Attached Table 2, in the aforesaid manner.
