A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

On August 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in the Seoul Eastern District Court for the crime of occupational negligence and death on October, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 21st of the same month;

On June 18, 2013, at the site office located in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Seoul, for the purpose of registering as a store operator, the real estate lease contract is required to the competent administrative agency, using a stampial pen in the form of the real estate lease contract for the reason that the real estate lease contract is needed. “Location: Namyang-si, Gyeonggi-do: one million won: The payment of the contract deposit, the down payment: the payment of the contract deposit: the payment of the contract deposit, the monthly rent: the one million won: the one, the lessor: D, the lessee: A at will, the lessor’s name attached to the lessor’s name was affixed.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate lease contract in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. Around July 15, 2013, at the public service center of the Namyang-gu, Seoul-gu, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, around July 15, 2013, delivered a false real estate lease contract under the name-based D, to an employee in the relevant place, as if it were a document duly formed.
