Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2019, the Defendant advertised that he sells a C Game Account via the Internet B site, and decided to sell it to the victim D who believed to be true, but did not have the intention or ability to sell the Account from the beginning.

As such, the Defendant was issued 120,000 won to a new bank account under the name of A (E) by deceiving the Defendant.
