Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall transfer any access medium for electronic financial transactions or arrange for such transfer.

Nevertheless, on February 4, 2014, the Defendant arranged for the transfer of access media for electronic financial transactions, such as the list of crimes (1) in which the Defendant received 2.50,000 won of the agricultural bank account (Account Number B) in the name of the Defendant and transferred to C. On March 2014, the Defendant arranged for the transfer of access media for electronic financial transactions, such as the list of crimes (2) in which the Defendant received friendly arrest D account and introduced the Defendant received 200,000 won per one account of the Defendant’s friendly arrest D account, and the transfer of one account to C, such as the list of crimes (2).
