1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 13,533,268 with respect to the Plaintiff, and the period from September 28, 2014 to March 23, 2017.

1. Occurrence of liability for damages;

A. On September 28, 2014, the Defendants jointly received a summary order of KRW 5 million from the Incheon District Court as a crime of violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) from the Incheon District Court on November 14, 2014; Defendant D was granted a grace order of KRW 5 million from the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office on the ground that “A joint injury is recognized, but Defendant D is an initial offender, and Defendant C was postponed from prosecution and prosecution of Defendant C and Defendant C, based on the reason that the injury was incurred during the process of having been postponed.”

3) From the Incheon District Prosecutor’s Office on November 14, 2014, the Plaintiff and F was granted a stay of prosecution on the ground that “The Defendants were found to have committed the Defendants jointly, but Defendant C was first able to take a trial fee and use violence against Defendant C, and Defendant C was in the process of assaulting the Plaintiff and F with the Plaintiff and F, and as Defendant C was an injury that may occur during the process of assaulting the Plaintiff and F with the Plaintiff and F, it appears that Defendant C’s assault appears to have exercised the passive form of force at the defensive level, and there is a reason to take into account the circumstances.”

B. The Defendants, as a tort, are jointly and severally liable to compensate the Plaintiff for the damages incurred from the instant injury.

C. In light of the motive and background leading up to assaulting the Plaintiff and F, circumstances before and after, and all other circumstances, even if the Defendants are mainly responsible for the instant injury, the Plaintiff and F also contributed to the occurrence or expansion of damages.
