Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 3, 2013, at around 06:40, the Defendant was under the influence of the Cmiddle School Doctrine located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and was under the influence of alcohol and was under the control of the police box belonging to the Seoul Mine Police Station Doctrine E.

The Defendant, by hand, flabed the fransh of the above E, flabed twice the boat of the above E with a bad drinking, and assaulted the flab of the above E three times with a bad drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the maintenance of public order.
