Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At around 13:25 on December 17, 2012, the Defendant: (a) in the “D cafeteria” located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si; (b) in the construction designer E (the age of 44) and drinking, the construction project is underway with the Defendant; and (c) the Defendant, as a matter of money related to authorization and permission, has come to dispute; (d) the head of the victim was left one time as a small-scale disease, which is a dangerous object on the customer; and (e) the small-scale disease, the small-scale disease, has broken down several parts of the victim’s entry into the victim, and (e) the number of back water of the victim was cut to the customer, and (e) the victim was faced with the customer, and (e) the victim was able to recover the complete 42-day medical treatment for about 42 days.
