2. Therefore, the defendant is liable to pay the plaintiff (appointed party) and the remaining designated parties each unpaid wage, etc. and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the 14th day from each retirement day to the day of full payment.

For this reason, the plaintiff (appointed party)'s claim is accepted in full, and it is decided as per Disposition.
