A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the customer of the “E” coffee shop operated by the victim D (Inn, age 59) located on the first floor of the Seo-gu Incheon C building, Seo-gu, Incheon, and the victim F is D.

1. On August 30, 2017, the Defendant’s correction is without following the amendment process, as there is no likelihood that there may be disadvantages to the Defendant’s exercise of his/her right to defense, from around 18:00 to 18:30.

The term "to sit on a large chest" refers to "to sit on the victim's left chest and to do so", and the victim committed an indecent act by force by driving on the victim's left chest and shaking it.

The Defendant, at around 18:35 on August 31, 2017, committed an indecent act by force, on two occasions, on the part of his/her left hand, on the same day as paragraph 1, at a place set forth in paragraph 1 at the victim D, where he/she had a dispute with the victim D, and on the other hand, he/she committed an indecent act by force on his/her left hand.
