1. The defendant is based on the transfer from the plaintiff on June 14, 2005 of the motor vehicle stated in the separate sheet.

The plaintiff is the owner of the motor vehicle in the motor vehicle register listed in the annexed sheet (hereinafter referred to as the "motor vehicle of this case"). The defendant acquired the motor vehicle of this case, but did not accept the procedure for the registration of the transfer of the ownership of the motor vehicle by the closing date of argument

Thus, the defendant is obligated to take over the procedure of the registration of the transfer of ownership of the automobile for the reason of the transfer by June 14, 2005, which the plaintiff seeks as to the automobile of this case.

Since the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, it is so decided as per Disposition.
