Punishment of the crime

On September 12, 2008, the Defendant deposited money in order to gambling to a new bank account under the name of E (F), G-registered bank account (H), I-registered bank account (J), and K-registered bank account (L) account (L) in the Internet gambling site D, which was operated by the winners of his name in the office of “C” located in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gun, Gangwon-gun, 2008.
