A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 15:30 on October 8, 2018, the Defendant: “Around 15:30, at the Defendant’s residence located in the Jeju-si Building C; “Around 15:30, the Defendant: (a) sent to the site by a police officer, a police officer belonging to the Jeju-dong Police Station E District Unit, who was reported by the Defendant, 112; and (b) entered the said site along with the said D; and (c) opened the said police officer’s house with “A’s house; (d) Is the house; (e) Is the shoulder of the said F at hand; and (e) opened a door in which the said D’s body was sealed; and (e) opened the kitchen’s house to prevent the above police officer from divinging the door of the said D’s body; and (e) opened the kitchen’s house to 30 meters away from the foregoing police officer’s movement.”

On the other hand, the Defendant continued to use the toilet even after the knife knife knife was cut from the police officers, and attempted to use the knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife.

As a result, the defendant by carrying a knife, which is a dangerous object, prevented the police officers from performing their legitimate duties on the prevention of crimes through the dispatch of 112 report.
