Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 3, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of 1,500,000 won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gangseo branch court of the Chuncheon District Court, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months for the same crime on June 4, 2013.
