After December 24, 2015, the Defendant, at around 16:30 on December 24, 2015, pretended that the victim E is an alternative engineer who can deliver a mobile phone to the victim E, and would deliver the mobile phone to the victim.

A false statement was made.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to deliver the mobile phone normally.

As can be seen, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; (b) received one cell phone unit from the victim of 267,000 won of the market price from the victim; (c) and (d) received one cell phone unit from the victim of the gallon in the gallon block; and (d) received the cell phone from the victims five times in total in the following manner from the above date to March 2, 2016:
