1. A creditor subrogation regarding the Plaintiff’s claim for delivery of corporeal movables among the instant lawsuit against the Defendants.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendants’ status 1) Defendant Movie Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “motion picture development”)
