A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 9, 2011, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,00,000 from the Seoul Western District Court as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

1. Around 00:20 on March 14, 2020, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at a 0.219% alcohol level, and the Defendant driven a DNA 2km car from the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Blet parking lot to the roads near Seodaemun-gu Seoul Seomun-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.

2. On March 14, 2020, the Defendant was under the influence of 00:20% of blood alcohol concentration of 0.219%, and the Defendant was driving a DNA Grand Corresponding a road near the F Hospital in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, and proceeded to the north-do telephone station from the direction of the optoo distance.

3. On March 14, 2020, around 01:25, the Defendant was required to respond to a drinking test conducted by H in the circumstances belonging to the Seoul Western Police Station G in relation to the occurrence of an accident involving the central separation unit while driving the Dresh in the vicinity of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul while drinking alcohol on the road.

Accordingly, the Defendant is notified of the results of drinking alcohol measurement and the cancellation of the driver's license after responding to the drinking measurement by H.
