Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, the Defendants are above two years from the date of the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall arrange, solicit, induce or compel sexual traffic in return for promising to receive money, valuables or other property benefits from unspecified persons.

Nevertheless, from December 26, 2017 to January 2, 2018, Defendant A operated the building E in Yangsan City and the “F” on the third floor, with a daily intervals of KRW 70,000 won, and employed Defendant B as the head of Defendant B as three female employees, and had three female employees, who received cash equivalent to KRW 150,000 and KRW 170,000,000 from unspecified male customers, and had female employees sexual intercourse with customers on the condition that they provide them with KRW 80,00,000 among them.

As a result, Defendants conspired to act as commercial sex acts such as brokerage.
