1. The Defendant, as the president of the D clan having a clan office in Jinju-si, was willing to forge a resolution of the special meeting of the D clan in order to sell a 17,346m2 and a 20,054m2 of F forest land owned by the said clan, which is the president of the D clan having a clan office in the same clan C.

On June 8, 2015, the Defendant: “Temporary: : (a) on June 8, 2015, the date and time”; (b) on the F sale of, and written consent to the use of land in, the Gyeong-gun; (c) on the agenda, Jin-si; (d) on the agenda, Jin-si; and (e) on the agenda: (c) on the agenda, the Defendant convened an extraordinary general meeting of the D clan special general meeting at the same place and time as the Gyeong-gun; and (d) made a resolution to sell, G, and H a written consent to the sale of, and use of land by, members with the unanimous consent of all the members with respect to the said agenda.

On June 8, 2015, a copy of the resolution for the special meeting of D clan, stating the content of ", is prepared, one copy of the resolution for the special meeting of D clan was attached to the D clan which was not prepared later, and the name and address of the defendant is stated in the above list, and the defendant's seal is affixed next thereto, and on the same day, the above resolution and list was sent to I around the above clan office, and unlike the contents stated, "this document is a document necessary for leasing the land of the clan to others, with the signature and seal of the members of the D clan affixed thereto."
