Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 26, 2014, at around 23:20, the Defendant reported the assault to the Defendant on the road prior to the 156 Gangwon University Hospital Hospital's fixed parking fees settlement office, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, 156 Gangwon-do, and reported the assault to the Defendant, and the police C (the slope belonging to the 37 years of age and D District) called the Defendant at one time as a drinking house on the ground that the said C's chest was prevented.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the maintenance of peace and order and the control of crimes.
