Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.
Provided, That each of the above punishments shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the owner and lessor of the F golf range located in E at prime City, and Defendant B is the operator of the G gas station located adjacent to the above golf range, Defendant C is the employee of the gas station whose name was known to the above Defendants and the victim H is the person who leased and operated the above golf range.
Defendant
A was unable to pay the monthly rent of the above driving range from October 2013 to the victim, and around February 11, 2014, at the above G gas station, Defendant B instructed Defendant C to “I am off the entrance of the driving range and prevented him from running the business if his members return to the G gas station,” and accordingly, Defendant B, who was found to be the above G gas station around the same day in the same day, tried to read “I am out of the day on which the driving range is going to go off due to the monthly guidance of the driving range.” Defendant C, the above I am, J, and K, to which employees are unable to open the door, and to interfere with the business operation of the victim by preventing him from entering the entrance of the above driving range and by preventing him from entering the victim and his employees.”
