A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered the E main points operated by the victim D in the wife population C at Chicago-si on Oct. 8, 2015; and (b) took the bath that “I am, E, E, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I are the law at the end; (c) I am going back to the upper end, walk I am, I am, and I am going to go from the above main points, and obstructed the victim’s main business by force.”

2. At around 17:50 on October 9, 2015, the Defendant entered the H main points managed by the victim G with the wife population F. 202 of the building F. 17:50 and obstructed the victim’s main business by force by avoiding disturbance for about one hour, such as: (a) having the victim, who solicits him/her to return home and avoiding disturbance, “f................” and soliciting him/her to return home; and (b) having the victim take a bath to “f..................”

3. On October 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) on October 19:37, 2015, entered a K restaurant operated by the victim J, the wife population I, and continued to allow the victim to drink and drink in a restaurant that does not sell alcoholic beverages; and (b) on the surrounding customers, the Defendant: (c) stated that “the horses within the cexprisonia are law;” and (d) collected the food and the chair in the ground, and obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by avoiding disturbance for about one hour.

4. On December 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered N main points operated by the victim M in the wife population L in Chicago-si, at the early 18:00, and obstructed the victim’s main main business by force by avoiding disturbance for about one hour, such as “I ambling, I ambening, I ambening, I amben, I amben, I amben, I amben, I amben, I amben.”
