Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants in violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, around April 2017, ordered others to establish a legal entity first, and ordered them to open a passbook, e-mail card, etc. in the name of the legal entity capable of Internet banking, and then transferred the passbook, e-mail card, etc. from them, and planned to pay money to the persons who run the illegal gambling site by way of revolving.

around May 2017, the Defendants explained the corporate establishment procedures introduced by Defendant A through J, K, L, and M through Defendant A’s female-friendly job offers I, and had them establish a corporation and establish a passbook, physical card, etc. in the name of the corporation.

On May 31, 2017, the Defendants promised to pay approximately KRW 40-7 million per month to the above J, K, L, and M in the Sim of “O” located in Sungnam-si N, Sungnam-si, to take over the above J, K, L, and Ma’s check, OTP card, etc. related to the corporation established under the name of the above J, etc., as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to give transaction instructions in electronic financial transactions or acquired access media to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of users and transaction details.

2. On May 31, 2017, Defendant A’s attacked L (20 years) transferred a bank account account in the name of the victim, as set forth in paragraph (1) of the same Article, along with a bank account passbook in the name of the victim. However, it was thought that the above passbook, check card, etc. will eventually go back to the victim in the event that they are used as a passbook for a passbook.

On July 2017, the victim suspended transactions on the account of the head of the relevant Tong on July 2017.

As a result, the defendant was unable to return the above passbook and the physical card from the injured party to another person.
