All appeals filed by the defendant and prosecutor are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The punishment sentenced by the court below against the defendant (two years of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

B. The sentence imposed by the prosecutor by the court below against the defendant is too unfortunate and unfair.

2. The crime of fire prevention is a serious crime that does not merely cause property damage but may cause enormous human damage and social loss resulting therefrom.

The Defendant attempted to commit a fire-fighting crime in the multi-family housing in which he was living, but attempted to prevent the fire twice in the female house in which he was living again in only one year after he was found to have been living for the neighbor, and eventually, there was a result that the Defendant was living outside of the room in which he was living.

At the time, V, which was put in the second floor of the domins, was frightened through a smoke smell or second floor window while being locked, and M, which was put in the first floor of the fire, was also taken in the defendant's room and taken shelter, and there was a risk of serious damage to the life and body of the above people.

The defendant's crime of fire prevention caused property damage of at least 40,00 won due to the construction cost, business loss, etc., and the victim'sO, who was the subject of the crime, has partially recovered from the insurance he/she purchased, and there was no contribution from the defendant to recover the damage.

In addition, the defendant was threatened by finding in the office operated by the victim G, who is a relative, using a dog that he possessed, and attaching a fire to a tree. The above office concurrently has a residential space for the above victim's family members, and there was also a possibility that the above office could be transferred to a non-explosion for office supplies, paper stuffs, home appliances, etc. which are thickened in the surroundings.

The Defendant cited a dangerous major illness against the victim K, who is a neighboring resident, and also threatened him.
