The grounds of appeal (to the extent of supplement in case of supplemental appellate briefs not timely filed) are examined.

This case is a small case, and as such, under each subparagraph of Article 3 of the Trial of Small Claims Act, an appeal may be filed only when the judgment on whether to violate the Constitution of the Rules of Law, the Rules of Decree, or the Rules of Order or the Dispositions is unreasonable (No. 1), or when the judgment contrary to the Supreme Court's precedents (No. 2) is made. The grounds for appeal do not fall under any of the grounds for appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are borne by the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
