A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 06:30 on August 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed assault to the victim, such as, under the influence of alcohol, the victim was found to be the victim’s above-mentioned gambling D where the victim C (the victim was aged 45) resides in the Gamyang-gun B, Gangwonyangyang-gun; (b) the victim’s inside part of the victim was hump; (c) the victim was able to walk the victim’s inside part; (d) the victim was able to walk the buckbuck, and the victim was humping the head by the victim’s escape through the crime of assaulting the victim’s head, thereby harming the victim two weeks of stroke, face impairment, hump impairment, stroke, stroke, stroke, and tension; and (e) the victim was injured by the victim.
