Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, “2018 Godan4947,” in the PC operated by the Victim B, sent the victim to check the cash of the Kabro, thereby having stolen the money in the Kabro, the Kabro, and the Kabro, and the money in the depository located there.

Around October 24, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 70,000,00 from the victim as sales proceeds, from the victim’s H bank account under the name of the victim, to the IB bank account (J) in the name of the Defendant, and received a total of KRW 410,000 from the victims three times in total from October 24, 2017 to February 7, 2018, as shown in the attached list.
Accordingly, the defendant deceivings victims to acquire financial benefits.
2. The thief Defendant reported the money in the Kater’s treasury to a person who has engaged in part-time work at the lPC bank of “L” for the thief.
