Reasons
Summary of Facts charged
1. On December 30, 2013, around 22:30 on December 30, 2013, Defendant A received a trial from the Defendant with the purport that he injured F and G on the street in front of the “E task store” located in Busan Jung-gu, and damaged F’s cellular phone, Defendant A had H, who was an employee of the street store operated by the Defendant, had H give a false testimony.
On September 25, 2014, around 14:40, the Defendant decided to give a false testimony to H by requesting H from the Busan District Court No. 352 of the Busan District Court, which was located in the Dong-gu, Busan District Court, to the effect that “I will enter the court to give testimony, but I would have come to know that I would have come to know and come to the court, and that I would have come to a false testimony.”
Accordingly, around 15:00 on September 25, 2014, H testified as the above Defendant’s teacher at the Busan District Court No. 352, the Busan District Court, which was located in the Busan District Court 2014DaMa836, and testified to the prosecutor’s question, stating, “I have not complied with any physical contact between the Defendant and F after the arrival of the witness,” and “I have testified to the witness “I have no question,” stating, “I have the right to see that the Defendant f has flicken a flat or fbatd a flat,” which read, “I have no question.”
However, on December 30, 2013, H testified around 22:30, in front of the “E task store” located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, the Defendant appeared to have observed a franchising fat, and made a false testimony upon request by the Defendant.
Accordingly, the Defendant instigated H to give false testimony contrary to his memory.
2. On September 25, 2014, around 15:00 on September 25, 2014, Defendant B appeared as a witness of the Busan District Court No. 352, which was located in the Busan District Court’s Doodong-gu, Busan, and took an oath.
