The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are dismissed in entirety.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant E”) is the implementer and seller of the new-type I living accommodation facility (hereinafter “the instant ready-type accommodation facility”). Defendant F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant F”) is a trustee entrusted with the sale management trust by Defendant E, and Defendant H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant H”) is the pilot of the instant ready-type accommodation facility.

B. The Plaintiffs entered into a sales contract with Defendant E for some of the instant Leaks (hereinafter “each of the instant sales contracts”) as indicated in the sale price list, and paid the total amount of the sale price for Plaintiff A, C, and D as indicated in the above table, and Plaintiff B paid the down payment and part of the intermediate payment as the trust company’s management account.

C. Of the instant sales contract, the contents pertaining to the instant case are as follows.
