1. On August 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of a crepane in the D parking lot located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, with no people; (b) the victim E-owned market value of KRW 500,00,000.

On August 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) extracted one of the keyss equivalent to KRW 5,000 at the market price of 5,00,00, posted to the victim L for the purpose of paragraph 2 in front of the Chinese house at “K” located in the Seogu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and for the purpose of paragraph 2 in front of the Chinese house.

On August 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) attempted to commit a theft against the victim P, the market price of Q, which is equivalent to KRW 4,00,00,00,00, Q, which was installed and operated at the same time, was lower than KRW 4,000,00, Q, which was leading to a low-to-land, on the roads of “O” located in N in Daegu-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu; (b) however, the Defendant failed to commit a attempted crime due to the wind over the above Obaba.
