The judgment of the court below is reversed.

A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The sentence imposed by the court below (one year of imprisonment) on the summary of the grounds for appeal is too unreasonable.

2. Although the defendant has been punished several times for the same crime, considering the fact that the defendant led to a confession of the crime and is against the defendant, there is no previous conviction exceeding the fine, the victims want the defendant's wife by mutual consent with the victims in the trial, and other various circumstances that form the conditions for the argument and the sentencing specified in the records of this case, such as the defendant's age, character and conduct, and environment, the defendant's punishment imposed by the court below is too unreasonable. Thus, the defendant's assertion is justified.

3. In conclusion, the judgment of the court below is reversed in accordance with Article 364(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is with merit.
