Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.2 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 21, 2013, at around 00:15, the Defendant: (a) opened a residential corridor window of the victim D (the 27-year old) of Jung-gu Seoul Central District C Apartment-gu 1208, 302, and confirmed the proposal, and (b) tried to open a door back to the front door and to intrude, but was arrested on and attempted to commit an attempted crime against the police officer.
