Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2018, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle around 10:00, driving a CFR car in approximately 2 km section from the apartment complex 7, Nam-gu, Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, to the front road of the 68-ro, New Changwon-ro, Seoul Central Branch of the Agricultural Cooperative.
