A is the representative director of Defendant B, who is in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and engages in sales business such as imported food in the same place as “D”, and Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of retailing food and beverages.

No person shall sell livestock products, the standards for which are determined to be indicated, unless the standards are indicated, or process, pack, store, transport or display such products for sale.
