Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant B
(a) No person who violates the Passenger Transport Service Act due to a non-licensed passenger transport business shall operate passenger transport business without obtaining a license from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure

(b) No person who violates the Passenger Transport Service Act by furnishing private cars for transport shall provide private cars;
