Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Criminal facts

Some of the facts charged were corrected.

1. A person who intends to run a singing practice place business shall be equipped with facilities for singing practice, which are prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Information and Communication, and shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without registering with the head of the Si/Gun/Gu from around 2014 to August 23:10, 2016, operated a method of receiving KRW 15,000 per hour for customers suffering from the search for using the trade name “D”, without registering with the head of the Si/Gun/Gu.

Accordingly, the Defendant did not register and run a singing practice place business as above.

2. No sales singing practice room business operator shall sell or provide alcoholic beverages;

Nevertheless, at around 23:10 on August 27, 2016, the Defendant sold alcoholic beverages worth KRW 23,000 in total, including five cans, five beer, two beer, and two beer.

3. No singing practice room business operator shall employ any entertainment loan, arrange any entertainment service provider, or arrange any entertainment service provider;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 2, arranged for an entertainment loan by providing 30,000 won per hour to entertainment E, F, and G, and introducing three customers under his/her name to dance and singing together.
