Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】
1. On November 9, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for at least one year and six months in the Incheon District Court due to night buildings, intrusion, theft, etc., and on March 15, 2018 at the Incheon District Court, for two months in prison, and completed the execution of each of the above punishment on March 20, 2019.
2. On November 8, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment due to night residence intrusion, larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court, and the sentence became final and conclusive on February 15, 2020.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Around September 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) acquired a copy of NHFFC Card (D) owned by the Victim C and embezzled by the Defendant without undergoing procedures for return to the victim; and (b) embezzled in the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B market near.
2. On October 11, 2019, around 20:56, the Defendant ordered food by “G” restaurant operated by the Victim F in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, with the c’s e-mail card obtained, and paid KRW 15,000 to the victim by presenting the above e-mail card.
However, there was no legitimate right of use because it was another person's physical card.
