Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 25, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.144% during blood transfusion around 23:00, and the Defendant was driving at approximately 1 Km from the 1Km section to the front road of the Cheongbusan Park, which is located in the front of the Cheongdong-dong, Seosung-gu, Daejeon Pyeong-gu’s trade name.

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;
