1. The remainder of the amount calculated by deducting the auction expenses from the proceeds by selling the forest land of Pyeongtaek-si to auction and E-si;
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On December 27, 1990 with respect to the real estate of Pyeongtaek-si E-si, E-si, and 1,488 square meters (hereinafter “instant real estate”). On December 27, 1990, the seller entered into a contract with Defendant D, the buyer, and two other F, the sales price of KRW 31,500,000 (70,000 per square meter) for the contract, the intermediate payment of KRW 13,000,000 for the contract, and the intermediate payment of KRW 13,00,000 for the remainder payment on January 20, 1991; and the seller entered into a contract with the seller to pay KRW 15,50,000 for the remainder payment on January 20, 191 at the end of the lawsuit. The seller provided all necessary documents for the confirmation lawsuit, and the buyer bears all the costs of the lawsuit.
B. The Defendants and Nonparty G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N,O, P, Q, and R (hereinafter “Defendant, etc.”) filed a lawsuit against the Republic of Korea to confirm the ownership of the instant real estate, and obtained a favorable judgment on May 28, 191.
C. On December 7, 1991, the registration of preservation of ownership of the instant real estate was completed on the co-ownership of the Defendant, etc.

① After December 18, 191, the ownership transfer registration was completed in the Plaintiff’s name on the grounds of the sale as of December 10, 1991. ② P, N, and M’s share was completed on the grounds of the sale as of December 14, 1991; ③ ownership transfer registration was completed in the Plaintiff’s name on the grounds of the sale as of October 25, 1993; ③ ownership transfer registration was completed in the Plaintiff’s name on the grounds of the sale as of December 14, 1991; ③ ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of Nonparty F on the grounds of the sale as of December 14, 1991; ④ ownership transfer registration was completed in the name as of June 29, 2004; ④ ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of Nonparty F on the grounds of the sale as of June 19, 2003; ④ ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of Nonparty C on the grounds of the sale as of December 19, 2004.
