A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a two-way passenger car.

On January 30, 2013, at around 02:00, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol with 0.143% of alcohol concentration, and operated the road for one-way traffic in front of 292-10, Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul with the home flusing plane from the home flusing plane to the left market.
