Punishment of the crime

On December 10, 2009, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for the violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Young-dong branch of the Cheongju District Court on December 10, 2009, and the same criminal records are more than six times.

At around 13:00 on September 21, 2010, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven a B B B B B-T car at a section of approximately 3 km from the front road of the Yasan-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-do, to the front day of the same Myeonmasan-ri.
