1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a business owner who operates an adult product store without trade name in Busan Jin-gu C.

No one shall conduct business or facilities, such as business manufacturing, producing, or distributing articles harmful to juveniles in school environmental sanitation and cleanup zones, which are deemed harmful to juveniles, the access and employment of juveniles shall be determined by the Juvenile Protection Committee in accordance with the standards prescribed by Presidential Decree and publicly notified by the Minister of Gender Equality and Family.

Nevertheless, on May 20, 2015, the Defendant, at around 15:30, kept sex-related articles such as a sex flag and a self-defense organization in the above adult goods shop located in the school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone (Am. 171 meters from the E kindergarten located in Busan-gu D), and operated the business of selling such articles.
