1. Details of the disposition;

A. On February 14, 2001, pursuant to the Act on Special Measures for Designation and Management of Development Restriction Zones (hereinafter “Development Restriction Zones Act”), the Defendant: (a) formulated a “plan for the placement of liquefied petroleum gas charging stations for automobiles within the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, and publicly announced as E for the installation of one filling station for automobiles in the two directions of the section B located within the development restriction zone within the jurisdiction of Nam-gu, Incheon (date of time: Nam-gu, Incheon; Dadong-gu, Incheon; 6km; hereinafter “instant road”); (b) and (c) obtained permission for the installation and operation of the I filling station on land within the development restriction zone adjacent to the instant road in the direction of both directions of the instant road; and (d) obtained permission for the installation and operation of the I filling station on land within the Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, and the direction of installation and operation of the roads (hereinafter “the instant plan”).

On December 29, 2017, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport approved an industrial complex (K industrial complex) plan with respect to 233,141 square meters of land located within the development-restricted zone adjacent to the instant road, which is located within the development-restricted zone adjacent to the instant road, and publicly notified as L of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport on December 29, 2017, the Mayor of Incheon Metropolitan City announced as M of Incheon Metropolitan City by determining an urban management plan to cancel the development-restricted zone from the development-restricted zone with respect to 233,141 square meters of land located within the relevant development-restricted zone.
